How long is the Black Friday Sale on?

Our Black Friday Sale runs from 8am (AEST) on Thursday 24th November until 8AM (AEST) Friday 25th November. Our newsletter subscribers will have longer to shop as they receive early access - sign up to our mailing list here!

Is everything on sale? 

Almost! All individual products (including replacement parts) are discounted by 20% during our Black Friday Sale. Gift cards, and shipping fees are excluded from our sale.

Can I use other discount codes on my order from the Black Friday sale? 

Black Friday is our biggest sale of the year at The Lunch Punch - with generous discounts storewide, including newly released products and value bundles. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to honour other discount codes during this time.

The Lunch Punch Gift cards are still valid during sale periods, and as always, we have free shipping on orders over $70 within Australia too!

The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?

The products available in the Black Friday sale are available while supplies last, the items will not be restocked. Items move quickly, so we advise you grab ‘em while you can!

Did my Black Friday sale order go through?

An email order confirmation will be sent to the email address used in the order once the payment has been successfully processed. If you can’t find the email order confirmation within an hour or two of creating the order, be sure to check your junk mail.

In the chance that the email is lost in the wild wild web, check your payment account to look for a corresponding purchase transaction. We also have a friendly Support Team available to assist you via email - support@thelunchpunch.com 

When will my Black Friday sale order be delivered?

All orders are processed as quickly as possible however due to the high volume of sales, it may take 7-10 business days for orders to process and prepared, ready to be dispatched with Australia Post.

Shipping Times vary depending on the destination and, due to high volumes of shipments at this time of the year, may experience longer transit times.

Once in progress, shipments can be monitored on the Australia Post website - simply log on to your account via our website to see the tracking information. Or check your email for the order with the tracking details.

To give you the best possible chance of your order arriving in time for Christmas, we recommend that you select our Express Shipping and Dispatch service at checkout.

When you upgrade to our Express Shipping & Dispatch service, your order will be sent express with Australia Post and given the star treatment at our warehouse. That means your order will jump to the front of the queue to be packed first. 

I forgot something in my order! Can I place another order and combine the shipping?

Black Friday is our biggest sale of the year here at The Lunch Punch which means we receive a huge influx of orders which we try to pack and ship as quickly as possible. We are unable to change any orders during this time, or combine orders after they have been placed. We recommend you triple check your cart before checking out to avoid needing to place multiple orders which we can not combine.

Can I change or add to my order?

Unfortunately due to the large volume of orders received, and our speedy warehouse team, we will be unable to change the items within an order once it has been placed.

If the address on your order is incorrect, and you haven’t yet received your tracking notification, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@thelunchpunch.com  and we will try our best to assist. We are unable to process address changes once your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled by the time our customer service team are online, please get in touch with us so we can cancel your order for you. Please note our Customer Service Team hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 2:30pm.
